CleanBridge connects residential customers who have a property enquiry or ready-to-proceed job request with suitable independent service suppliers. The panel is intended for reliable businesses that communicate clearly, work professionally and can support customers within their nominated Queensland service areas.
Who may apply
Applications are welcome from suppliers in residential cleaning; bond, entry, exit and settlement cleans; property remedy work; rubbish removal; garden and exterior care; residential land clearing; repairs and maintenance; painting; tiling; concreting; removals; renovation trades; and multi-supplier property projects.
What we review
Applicants may be asked to provide their legal business name, ABN, contact details, service categories, service areas, relevant licences or registrations, insurance information, availability and examples of previous work. Requirements depend on the service offered. Applying does not guarantee approval, exclusivity, lead volume or work.
How the panel works

CleanBridge reviews your business information and service coverage.
Any additional checks, documents and panel terms are confirmed with you.
Approved suppliers may be considered for suitable customer enquiries or job requests.
You decide whether to quote for or accept each opportunity.
Supplier responsibilities
Suppliers operate as independent businesses and remain responsible for their own quotations, licences, registrations, insurance, tax obligations, workmanship, safety, customer communication and compliance with applicable laws. Scope, availability, pricing and provider terms must be confirmed before a customer booking is finalised.

Email enquiries@cleanbridge.com.au with your business name, ABN, main contact, services offered and Queensland service areas. Supplier membership payments and recurring Stripe subscriptions are not active until final tiers, prices and billing terms are approved and published.
